We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM local time are eligible for same-day processing on business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically arrives within 3–4 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination and carrier performance.
Shipping Options and Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders meeting minimum spend thresholds. Not all products or destinations may qualify. The option is displayed at checkout if eligible.
- Standard Shipping: Reliable carrier service with a typical delivery window of 3–5 business days from shipment. ETA may vary by location.
- Express Shipping: Accelerated service with faster delivery times, available for eligible addresses. Additional fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
Who Pays Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs are paid by the purchaser at checkout unless otherwise advertised (for example, a promotion offering free shipping on eligible orders).
Carrier and Tracking
We use trusted carriers to deliver your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your order from your account page or the carrier’s website.
Order Changes and Cancellations

Delay Handling Policy

Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your package upon receipt. If you notice damage or if items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and contents. We will arrange replacements or refunds as appropriate per our Returns Policy.
